Thomas Snyder Obituary

Thomas Michael Snyder age 53, of Sanford, Florida, passed away August 27, 2021. He was born July 23, 1968 in Kirksville, Missouri. He is survived by his daughter Madilyn Snyder (Sarah), his son Aiden Snyder and twin daughters Emma and Stella Snyder (Misty). He is also survived by his father Charles Snyder (Joyce), sister Gwyn Cilk (Larry), Aunt Margaret Snyder, Aunt Janis Freel (Steve), Aunt Melinda Russell (Mark), Uncle Joe Snyder and many cousins. Other family members include step-brother Steve Cushman (Julie), step-sister Kim Edge (Marquis), step-sister Kim Leavitt (Albert) and step-father Lee Fritchman. Predeceased family members include his mother Cynthia Fritchman, his grandparents John and Lucille Snyder and Harvey and Betty Ann Meeker and Uncle John D. (Pat) Snyder. After moving to Florida in 1975 he resided in Largo, FL and went to Central Pinellas Christian School until 1987 and then moved to Riverview, FL where he graduated from East Bay High School. A short time thereafter, Mike moved to Orlando, FL to live close to his father and begin a career in the medical field. Along his journey he met many friends and colleagues. Mike was a loving father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to many. Mike’s passion in life was for his children, family, fishing, hunting, concerts and he had such a zest for life. Mike was a guy with a big heart, contagious smile and never met a stranger. A Celebration of Life to be announced at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the children's memorial/college fund will be determined at a later date (TBD).
