Sandra Lee Olio of Sanford, FL, passed peacefully at Advent Health Altamonte Hospital on April 24, 2022, at the age of 72. Sandy was born on April 8, 1950 in Bronx, NY to Jack and Florence (Rosenberg) Youcha. She grew up as the middle child of 3 children. After graduating from Levittown Memorial H.S., Sandy went on to Farmingdale Agricultural and Technical College until 1970. Sandy had a long career in sales, client/customer service and management for many years. Sandy met her first husband, Stuart Taylor, married in 1971, and had 2 children: Michele and Jessica. After they divorced in 1989, Sandy met and married George Olio in 1996 and gained 3 step children: George Jr, Kellie, and Jenny. Sandy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and dear friend. She was passionate about so many things. She was an artist, a poet, an innovator, and an amazing cook. She was known for her kindness, tenacity, and compassionate spirit. Sandra is predeceased by her parents and one step daughter Jenny Olio. She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years George M. Olio, children Michele (Michael) Walder, Jessica (Nick) Armstrong, Kellie (David) Flanders, George M. (Lori) Olio, Jr., son-in-law James Barwell. Sandra is also survived by two brothers Victor (Linda) Youcha, and Robert (Michelle) Youcha; twelve grandchildren Madison Walder, Ashlynn Walder, Lily Armstrong, Jacob Armstrong, Joseph McPartlan, Brandon Stovall, Morgan Stovall, Joseph Olio, Lawrence Olio, Adam Olio, Michael Olio, and Charlie Schurman.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Collison-Gramkow Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home.
