Patricia Joan Brownell

Patricia Brownell age 85, of Lake Mary Florida, passed away on June 17, 2021. She was born in Jamestown New York to Edward and Signe Buck Feb. 5th, 1936. She was the last remaining of her 10 brothers and 2 sisters. She will now be reunited with them as well as her beloved son Mark Brownell and Grandson Robbie Buddington. She is survived by her husband of 66 years Richard Brownell and her children Richard Brownell Jr., Dawn Armstrong, Shawn Brownell, Valorie Buddington, and Jennifer Shackley. She is also survived by her many Grandchildren, Madeline Armstrong, Camille Schneider, Paris Armstrong, Tyler Buddington, Jennifer Buddington, Brianna Shackley, Tommy Judkins, Allie Brownell, and Mallory Brownell, her sons and daughter by marriage, Gary Armstrong, Tom Buddington, Donna Brownell, as well as many Nieces, Nephews, and friends. Patricia served her country as a proud Marine wife and is remembered by her husband as “the love of my life”. She was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is remembered by her children and grandchildren as a fierce and loving mother and grandmother. She never met a stranger and touched many lives with her generous and caring heart. Her home and arms were always open to any who needed help or shelter, rather human or animal. She was a vibrant, giving, artistic, and adventurous woman, who brought laughter and warmth to those around her. Patricia loved her family and friends with all her heart. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 2, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Collison-Gramkow Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake Mary Cemetery.
