Obituary
Nell H. Arp age 86, of Sanford, Florida, passed away April 27, 2023. She was born September 14, 1936 in Franklin County, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Walter F. and Ethel M. (Jones) Hill, Sr. Along with her parents Nell was predeceased by her husband Boyd Arp in 2022, brother Dallas Hill, sister Catherine Collie, and sister-in-law Gertrude Hill. She is survived by two brothers Ronald Hill, Warren (Peggy) Hill; loving friends and caregivers Kathy and Paul Province, Troy and Latriva Varnum, numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Collison-Gramkow Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Lake Mary, Florida.
