Joyce Laverne Miller

Joyce Laverne Miller age 85, of Debary, Florida, passed away March 29, 2024. She was born March 21, 1939 in Fitzgerald, Georgia, the daughter of the late William and Effie (Simmons) Lowie. Joyce was an avid gardener who loved flowers. She was a former member of the Church of God Osteen. Along with her parents, Joyce was predeceased by her husband Robert Miller in 1996, brother William Lowie, sister Pauline Johnson and brother-in-laws Jimmie Johnson, Marion Johns, and James Garmon. She is survived by two daughters Mary Etta Miller, Joyce (Richard) Loomis; two brothers James (Sharon) Lowie, John (Sharon) Lowie, two sisters Patricia Johns, Brenda Garmon, and sister-in-law Susan Lowie. Mrs. Miller is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Osteen Cemetery.
