Joan T. Collison

Collison, Joan T., age 94, of Ocoee passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Mrs. Collison was born March 3, 1930 in Petersburg, Indiana to the late George and Gladys Tharp. She originally moved to Winter Park in 1963. She was co-founder of Collison Family Funeral Homes. Mrs. Collison was a devout Christian and sang in the church choir for many years. She was preceded in death in 2015 by her husband of 57 years, James Collison. She is survived by her sons, Jeff (Theresa), Chris (Latrice), Greg (Dayna) and Kevin (Teresa); grandchildren, Jason, Philip, Brent, Justin, Brandon, Brittany, Brooke, Gregory, and Kristin; as well as many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 9:00 - 9:30 am in the chapel of Collison-Gramkow Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 9:30 am. Pastor Jeff Pritchard will be officiating. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park ,Winter Park. Arrangements entrusted to Collison-Gramkow Funeral Home, 500 E.
