James Thomas Stapler

In loving memory of James (Jim) T. Stapler, age 74, of Sanford, Florida. He entered into the presence of the Lord on February 4, 2025. He is survived by his wife Martha Stapler, daughter Laurie George, step-daughter Sarah Reep, grandchildren Sierra and Holden George, sister Jeannie Baitinger, and cousin Linda Stapler. He was pre-deceased by brother Richard (Ricky) Stapler, father William Stapler and mother Marilyn White. Jim was a retired electrical engineer. During his life he loved motorcycles and going to the drag strip. He also loved drumming and playing chess. He was a member of Powerline Church in Sanford, Florida and was loved by many.

A Memorial Service will be held February 22, 2025 at 4:00 pm at the Safe Harbor Church, 730 Upsala Rd, Sanford, FL 32771 Per Jim's request, "No ties worn by men." His remains will be placed in the Lykes Family Cemetery in Brooksville, Florida.
