Delores Elizabeth Haig

Delores Elizabeth Haig age 85, of Deltona, Florida, passed away August 26, 2023. She was born October 21, 1937 in Christmas, Florida, the daughter of the late Thomas & Katherine (Strebb) Woods. Delores was a devoted homemaker, who loved caring and watching over young children. She was an avid gardener, and loved crafts. Mrs. Haig was predeceased by two daughters Connie Sue Palmer, Donnette Byars, one brother George Woods, two sisters Nellie Yates, and Helen Jordan. Delores is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years Randie Raymond Haig, daughter Betty Jo (Garry) Smith, three sons Robert James (Denise) Wensel, Kenneth Lee (Pam) Wensel, and Paul Haig. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Collison-Gramkow Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM at Christmas Cemetery, Christmas, Florida (weather permitting).
