Carol A. Sukup

Carol A. Sukup age 82, of Sanford, Florida, wife of her loving husband, Kenneth Sukup, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Born in Madison, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late William A. Lathrop and Florence C. (Guerten) Lathrop. In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by one daughter Sherray Borchert (Steve) and two sons Steven Sukup (Leslie) and Scott Sukup (Glenda); five grandchildren, Morgan Pinate (Joshua), Carter Barnhouse (Rianna), Sophia Sukup, Sky Sukup and Sage Sukup; two great grandchildren, Noah and Brooklyn Pinate; two sisters Dorothy Burgard (Harold) and Susan Lathrop (Paul Kanehl) and she was preceded in death by one brother Kenneth (Kenny) Sukup. All her adult life, Carol was a devoted Christian and missionary serving the Lord including in the Philippines with her husband and three children. Of all her achievements throughout her life, the most important things were her relationship to her Heavenly Father, her family and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ wherever she went. A Celebration of Life was held at The Homes of Ethnos 360 in Sanford and the final resting place is at the Veteran’s National Cemetery of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
