David Baez

David Baez age 63, of Sanford, Florida, passed away February 20, 2024. He was born March 28, 1960 in Patterson, New Jersey, the son of the late Carmelo Baez and Tomasa Martinez. Prior to his retirement David worked as a security guard. Mr. Baez will be remembered as a kind, respectful, and selfless man. He was an amazing man, who loved worship music. David always put others first, especially his family. He loved  his family and grandchildren, they were his life. Mr. Baez is survived by two daughters Veronica (Misael) Velazquez, Liz (Daniel) Sanchez, brother Manuel (Elizabeth) Baez, and sister Sandra Baez. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren Jarieliz Velazquez, Victoria Marquez, Nayeli Velazquez, Janira Marquez, Nathaniel Velazquez, and Eliana Velazquez. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Collison-Gramkow Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Evergreen Cemetery, Sanford.
